Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with RUST. We are committed to delivering your order efficiently and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• Malaysia (Nationwide)

• International destinations (availability may vary)

Shipping availability may expand as RUST continues to grow.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping provider.

Malaysia

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

• East Malaysia: 5–8 business days

International Shipping

• Estimated 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are fixed at RM15.

Free shipping is provided for orders above RM149

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• RUST is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

• If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can update the details.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
